Motivate2Move is a guide for the health professional on the benefits of physical activity.

It helps the health professional to understand the science behind the Chief Medical Officers Physical Activity Guidelines and ways of motivating patients to increase their physical activity.

Using evidence from international reviews and meta-analysis this resource helps to explain the reasoning behind QQF points on lifestyle changes.

The BASEM Executive Board would like to thank members that participated.  The results of the survey were independently assessed and are available:-
