As part of our commitment to education BASEM is pleased to provide its members with information on courses that provide training in first aid and emergency management. The following courses have been identified as providing such training.

	Advanced Life Support course (ALS)
	Advanced Trauma Life Support course (ATLS)
	Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support course (PHTLS)
	REMO
	The National Sports First Aid Course

Although a number of our members have been involved in developing or teaching on these courses and BASEM is happy to provide information as an educational resource, BASEM is not able to provide a formal recommendation as it is not within our remit to objectively assess individual courses.
